Sutton United Junior football have a vacancy for managerial/coaching position of the newly formed boys Under 7 team for this coming season 2010/11. The Under 7's will play in the Epsom & Ewell League on Sunday mornings and train one evening a week. The highly successful Surrey league and County cup winners, girls Under 10's will be moving up to establish our first U11's team for next season. Due to the success that saw them go unbeaten through the entire season a number of the squad have signed on with professional clubs, leaving a few playing opportunities for Girls aged 10 yrs or School year 6 from Sept 2010. The boys were presented with their trophy/shield and medals at Imber Court as champions of the Surrey Youth League (U9 Premier Elite Division). This was the boys first season of competitive football at U9, having led the Premier Elite league since Christmas they then went on an 8 match winning run......ending in a 2-1 win over Aldershot Town in their final match to secure the title. With the Premier Elite being considered the strongest division in Surrey, the club have a great group of players in the making. Congratulations to the Girls U10 team who's excellent season left them unbeaten and winners of league and cup double. Under the guidance of Coach Donna Williams the girls won the Surrey County Girls Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Barnes FC. Leaving them with incredible leagues stats of:

Played 20 Won 19, Drew 1, Lost 0. Goals For 97, Goals against 2.

That was not enough for the Girls who added the Surrey County Cup by defeating arch rivals Croydon Borough Girls FC 3-0 in the Final at Chipstead on 16th May.
