Raising Standards and Addressing Abusive Behaviour.

Aim
To provide and maintain a high quality, well structured, safe and responsive environment, free from abuse for all people associated with Sutton United Football Club including players, volunteers and staff.
Objectives
To work with the Surrey Football Association in order to achieve and retain the FA Charter Standard Community Club accreditation and to successfully carry out the yearly heathcheck processes.
To achieve the standards of Club practice contained in the FA Charter Standard Club Policies, Codes of Conduct and other advice notes.
To ensure that the Club Welfare Officer is fully equipped to achieve adherence and maintainance of the standards contained in the documents referred to in 2 above and to support the CWO with appropriate training.
F.A. standards of practice to be consistent thoughout the Club.
To fully support the FA Respect Programme and to ensure that all people associated with the Club are aware of the details of the programme.
Ensure that everybody associated with the Club signs up to the Respect Programme.
Ensure that the message about the Respect programme is understood by all and that the Club adopted Charter Standard Policies are communicated.
Ensure that the Club maintains appropriate standards by establishing a programme of people development including attendance at the Surrey FA Charter Standard Club Workshops and Meetings, and by recording attendance in accordance with the approved forms.
Expand our current player of the year and club person of the year awards to include all sections of the Club and to reward volunteers contributions.
