This section looks at how the club will recruit, train and develop the workforce that will support the administration, development and promotion of the club.
Aim
To continue to develop and support a top quality team of managers, coaches and volunteers to drive forward the vision contained in the Football Development Plan.
Objectives
Appoint a Football Development Plan Officer to have overall responsibility for implementation of the Plan.
Appoint Colts' Co-ordinator to ensure all matters concerning youth development are addressed.
Appoint a Women and Girls Football Development Co-ordinator to guide the expansion of women and girls' football.
Appoint a Coaching Co-ordinator to ensure that the targets contained in the Plan are achieved and that all appropriate support is given to managers, coaches and volunteer.
Appoint a Volunteer Co-ordinator to support and assist with the training of volunteer helpers throughout the club.
Appoint a Schools' Liaison Officer
Develop a local pool of qualified associated coaches to call upon for coaching duties over and above those directly involved with the club.
All youth team coaches( up to 16) to attain formal coaching qualifications and to be CRB checked.
Develop young leaders as a progression to gaining coaching qualifications.
New referees to be trained up in line with the expansion of the teams.
Appoint new volunteers to assist with the implementation of the FDP..
New female coaches to be trained.
Ensure all teams have as part of their set up have appropriate volunteers who have up to date FA Emergency First and Safeguarding Children Qualifications.
Develop coaches to work with people with disabilities.
