Meanwhile there was frustration for the reserves as they raced in to a 3-0 lead in the first half of their Surrey Premier Cup tie against Colliers Wood at Banstead only for the floodlights to fail and the game to be abandoned. Chris Beard (pen) and Bajrush Halili had scored, with the third goal an own goal, but the game will now have to be replayed, probably next week but with the exact date to be confirmed. The reserves game this Saturday at Woking has been postponed because Woking are playing in the 1st round of the FA Cup.
