Sutton have the chance to complete their first Blue Square South double of the season on Saturday when they entertain Eastleigh, but face a tough task against a side unbeaten in the league in 2008, their recent run seeing them score 19 goals in six games and climb in to a play off position. Sutton's visit to Stoneham Lane at the beginning of September saw them win 2-1 as on-loan striker Ross Montague scored twice, but that afternoon was something of a distant memory once U's again enjoyed a league victory, exactly four months later on New Year's Day. That win was U's first in the league against the Hampshire side now managed by Ian Baird following his move across the county from Havant, with Eastleigh winning 3-0 on their first league visit to Gander Green Lane two seasons ago, and last season's encounter ending in a 2-2 draw. Defender Karim El-Salahi, on loan from Eastleigh, is prevented from playing by the terms of the loan agreement, and Kevin Davies is in line to make his competitive debut for U's following his recent move from Hayes as Phil Wilson is in America due to family commitments. U's have injury doubts about Steffan Ball (knee) and Paul Honey (foot).
