After seeing their interest in the FA Carlsberg Trophy end on Tuesday night, Sutton look to continue their recent climb up the Ryman League table on Saturday when they visit AFC Hornchurch (click here for travel details) in a game that brings together the only two teams to have beaten Dover in the league this season. Hornchurch are one of the clubs that Sutton's run of seven points from the last three games has seen them overtake, and U's currently have a one point and two place advantage, and also have a game in hand on the Essex side who, like Sutton, reached the 1st round of the FA Cup before narrowly losing at home to Football League opposition. With Paul Nicholls injured, U's will give a debut to goalkeeper Darren Behcet, whose signing was completed on Thursday . A former West Ham trainee who then joined Yeovil, the 22-year-old played against U's last season while on loan at Dorchester. U's are looking to score their first goal at the Bridge Avenue stadium, both previous league visits resulting in 3-0 wins for Hornchurch. |
