Plans for Sutton’s 2025/26 pre-season schedule are well underway, with a first friendly confirmed as Steve Morison prepares his squad for the new Vanarama National League campaign.
The U’s will begin their pre-season with a visit to League Two side Bromley, taking place at Hayes Lane on Saturday, 5th July (3pm KO).
This fixture will see Sutton take on their South London counterparts for the first time since March 2021, as Sutton’s relegation in 2024 coincided with Bromley’s promotion and meant they didn’t meet last season.
An own goal from Mark Cousins followed by second half strikes from Harry Beautyman and Isaac Olaofe saw the U’s run out 3-1 winners over the Ravens last time the two sides met at Hayes Lane, with July’s clash now set to an end a four-year break from the South London derby.
