Sutton suffered a fifth consecutive away defeat tonight, going down 3-1 at Dover. Ricky Miller gave the home side an early lead, but U's should have had an equaliser when a Bedsente Gomis header hit the bar and bounced down behind the line only for play to be waved on. Miller scored a second on the hour before Dover's Moses Emmanuel was sent off for a foul on Kevin Amankwaah, who then pulled a goal back with fifteen minutes left. U's had several chances to equalise, but Jim Stevenson's deflected shot ended the comeback although there was still time for Bradley Hudson-Odoi to have a penalty saved.
