The sixteenth Strikers Are Key draw of the season took place in a packed and noisy Players' Bar after the 1-1 draw against Wrexham.
It was a debut on the SAK stage for Malcolm Pearce as the lead representative of the syndicate " Cash Out Crew 2" in which he is joined by Mark Hamill, Bill Keary, Warren Sargeant and " Eddie" Cunningham.
It was their ball number 17 which came out of the purple velvet bag but Malcolm was sadly unable to convert the chance of opening the safe. This key he chose was unfortunately not the one required and the crew had to make do with the consolation cash out prize of £50 instead.
It all means that a minimum of £900 rolls over to next Saturday's draw after the match v Guiseley.
