Sutton United

5th March each year is the club's birthday, marking the amalgamation of Sutton Association and Sutton Guild Rovers at the local Robin Hood pub.  This year we will be 120 years old and so are planning a small celebration on Saturday 10th March when we entertain Solihull Moors.  Given our success on the field of play this season, at all levels, we thought it would be a good time to celebrate some of our successes and remember our history. This is also the first season of Sutton United Ladies and like our first team, academy, youth and disability sides they have all been table-toppers this season.This will not only be the next of our Legends' Days (and this year we expect to welcome back some friends from the 1970s that we have not seen for a very long time ) but we will also induct the next three members of our Hall Of Fame. We also hope to welcome players from every one of our current forty-five teams across all genders, age-groups and abilities.As a birthday present to the younger elements of our support, and also those from Solihull of course, it will be a Kids Go Free match (under 16s) and this will also be this season's Residents' Day, when we invite our neighbours to see what all the fuss is about.Last but not least, we're also going to be launching our early bird season ticket offer for next season. 2018/19 season tickets will be available to buy at next Saturday's game and of course on-line.
