Backed by an estimated 200+ supporters in Dublin, Sutton's Irn-Bru Cup challenge was ended in a penalty shootout after a goalless 90 minutes at Dalymount Park. Although Ross Worner's two saves put U's within a kick of the quarter finals, home keeper Shane Supple then also saved twice, as well as converting Bohemians' fifth penalty himself, and the home side ran out 4-3 winners after Aswad Thomas then hit the bar.
