Sutton will finish in 10th place in the Vanarama National League after a 3-0 defeat at an in-form Dover side who ended the season with a nine-match unbeaten run having looked relegation candidates earlier in the season. Already without a number of players through injury and with Craig Eastmond suspended, U's had to make another change early on when Neset Bellikli was injured and replaced by Nicky Bailey. By that time Dover were already in front through Stuart Lewis, and although Tom Bolarinwa hit the bar for Sutton in the second half Inih Effiong and a last minute Josh Passley penalty completed the victory for the home side.
