Sutton United Disability teams had a memorable day at the Surrey FA Football For All League.  Going into the final set of games just 2 points separated the two Sutton United Premiership Teams to see who would be crowned Surrey's top Pan-Disability side. After a great set of fixtures it was the Sutton United U's who kept their nerve and maintained their lead at the top of the table to be crowned Surrey Champions, with Sutton United 'A" as runners-up.We are also very proud to say that two of our teams, Hunters and the 'A' team, were awarded Surrey FA Respect Awards for their divisions.Sutton United U's captain and staff member Ryan Cheeseman said “I feel huge sense of achievement given the amount of obstacles put in our way throughout the season. It has personally been great to watch these players grow and continue to improve week in and week out and they never gave up or stopped believing in their own abilities.” Sutton United 'A'                                       Sutton United Hunters                                      Sutton United U's"The continued success of the Community Teams is something we can be very proud of" said Company Chairman Dave Farebrother. "This weekend's successes come hot on the heels of reaching the Final of the FA People's Cup but it's not all about trophies, the teams build a real sense of togetherness and achievement and life-long friendships are being formed. Steve King and his coaching team deserve an enormous amount of credit for continuing to drive this forward."
