Striker Omar Bugiel and midfielder Kenny Davis have both agreed contracts to remain at Sutton as we embark on our debut EFL season. Omar, set to face his former club Forest Green Rovers on the first day of the season, made 37 league appearances in U's championship success last season while Kenny passed the 150 appearance mark during the season and will begin his fifth season with the club in the Football League, having missed out in the National League play-offs in recent years with both Sutton and Braintree.
In addition, captain Craig Eastmond and vice-captain Harry Beautyman, who missed just three league games between them last season, have signed extensions to their current deals. Craig was voted Club Player of the Year while Harry was one of three Sutton players named in the National League team of the season.
Manager Matt Gray said: 'I'm delighted that players who were such an integral part of the championship success last season have committed their futures to the club.''
We will be announcing more squad updates during the week as they are confirmed, leading up to the players returning to pre-season training on Thursday (1 July).
