Sutton's women's team moved two points clear at the top of Division One North of the London & South East Regional League this afternoon with a convincing 4-0 win over previous leaders Dulwich.
U's scorers were Cindy Colliver, Hayley Halford, Faye Butler and Olivia Watson, and there was more good news for U's later when Dorking Wanderers, who could have remained level on points with Sutton at the top of the table, were held to a 3-3 draw by Walton Casuals. U's have 28 points and three games to play, Dorking 26 with two to play, and Dulwich and Brentford 25 with three and one to play respectively.
The Under 23s drew 1-1 at home to South London Laces in the Anniversary Trophy.
