Following the successful conclusion of the season, and having previously been appointed on an interim basis, we are delighted to announce that Will Letts has been offered the permanent role as Manager of the Women’s First Team.
Will not only led the first team to the championship in Division One North of the London & South East Regional Women's League, but also has a strong record in the Women's game generally. We look forward to a long and successful relationship as the Club aims to rise further still up the women's football pyramid.
Will is also going to be involved in the restructure of the women’s and girls’ section, where he will develop a clear pathway equivalent to that within the Academy section, which we hope will facilitate development through the junior girls’ section into the Women's First Team.

Women's First Team captain Cindy Colliver welcomed the appointment, saying: ''Will has been great to work with since coming in, and definitely played a part in us winning the league. I know as a squad we’re really looking forward to next year and working with Will further.''
