House of Stand Up featuring Clinton Baptiste - Thursday 25 May

4 May 2023

Our next House of Stand Up Comedy Night is on Thursday 25 May, and once again we have a top line-up of comedians appearing in the MBA Lounge.

Our headline performer is Clinton Baptiste, a comedy character played by Alex Lowe. He is a clairvoyant, medium and psychic best known for his appearances on Peter Kay’s award winning Phoenix Nights.

Also appearing will be Adam Greene, a multi award-nominated comedian who has been wowing audiences with his smart, slick takes on everyday problems for nearly a decade and is known for rapid-fire crowd work and off the cuff quips, and Kevin O'Connell, a nominee for the BBC New Comedy Award in 2021, while Alistair Williams, a regular on the comedy circuit since exploding on to the scene in 2021, makes a return visit.

MC will be Justin Panks, who brings a wonderfully skewed observational eye and the ability to approach seemingly everyday subjects from extraordinary angles. He makes the perfect balance between the relatable and the outrageous.

Advance tickets are £15, with discounts for group bookings of four or six, and can be bought here. On the door admission is £20.

Doors open at 7pm with the comedy starting at 8pm.
