Winger signed on a season-long loan from Luton in August. He began his career with his home town club Watford, making two senior appearances, before spending a year with MLS side Atlanta United. On his return to England in 2020 he signed for Luton, and he has had subsequent loan spells with Yeovil and Bradford City, the latter for the end of the 2021-22 season, when he played in their 4-1 win at Sutton, and the whole of last season.
