The EFL Youth Alliance have confirmed Sutton United’s fixtures ahead of the academy’s 2025/26 season.

The young U’s will start the campaign at home to Wycombe Wanderers, which will take place on Saturday, 9th August.

Next up for Glen Nichols’ side will see them host Plymouth Argyle before they take to the road for the first time, with a trip to Oxford United, before rounding out the first month of the season at home to Portsmouth.

As for the festive fixtures, Sutton will compete in two league fixtures throughout the whole of December, visiting Cambridge United at the start of the month (Saturday, 6th December) before ending it at home to Gillingham in the week leading up to Boxing Day. This will precede the first fixture of 2026, making the trip across London to take on Leyton Orient.

The U’s will then end the campaign with three games in April, with trips to Luton Town and Northampton Town either side of the penultimate home game of the season against MK Dons.

Unlike the first team, Sutton’s academy will then finish off the regular season in May, hosting Stevenage on Saturday, 2nd May, with the play-offs taking place the following week.

The academy are also set to compete in the EFL Youth Alliance League Cup, with the preliminary round taking place three days after Sutton’s first game of the season. This will then be followed by the first knockout round in October (Saturday, 18th), before further rounds in November, January, February and April.
