Following an overwhelming response to the inaugural National League Ticketing Manager of the Year Award, TicketCo and the National League are proud to unveil the official shortlist for 2025.
This award was launched to shine a spotlight on the exceptional individuals whose efforts behind the scenes make matchdays happen—often without fanfare, but always with heart, skill, and professionalism. Across the National League, National League North, and National League South, we received a wealth of heartfelt nominations that made the judging process both inspiring and deeply challenging.

From innovation in digital ticketing, to driving season ticket campaigns, to ensuring every supporter feels welcome—these individuals embody the very best of football’s operational excellence.
