Goal A

Osman Foyo vs Hartlepool United – 3rd March

Osman Foyo scored his first Sutton goal with a delightful effort against Hartlepool United, setting the U’s on their way to a memorable victory.

Sutton turned the tables after being on the back foot during the opening stages of the second half at the Prestige Group Stadium, with Foyo producing some good work on the right to reach the by-line and pull the ball back for Brandon Njoku, who was denied at the near post by Max Kouogun. Lewis Simper’s resulting corner was headed behind by Parkes as Pruti waited at the far post, and when Jennings delivered the next corner to beyond the far post, Foyo volleyed the ball back across Hayes in to the far corner for his first Sutton goal.

Goal B

Kai Jennings vs Hartlepool United – 3rd March

Kai Jennings blasted perhaps his best strike in a Sutton shirt, sealing all three points in a memorable midweek away day in County Durham.

With Sutton narrowly leading in the North-East as the game entered the 90th minute, another attack on the right ended with Hayden Muller rolling the ball to Jennings thirty yards out, and with no Hartlepool player coming to close him down Jennings decided to try his luck with a superb shot that flew past Hayes in to the top corner to record U’s 50th league goal of the season and clinch an outstanding Sutton victory.

Goal C

Kai McKenzie vs Cambridge United – 7th March

Kai McKenzie continued his fine form with Sutton’s only goal against Cambridge United, as they drew 1-1 at Knaphill.

The Sutton man brilliantly controlled a long ball from near the halfway line before slickly cutting it back onto his left foot before firing his effort into the bottom corner.

Goal D

Milly Cutler vs Ebbsfleet United Women – 8th March

Milly Cutler struck on the way to Sutton United Women’s romp over Ebbsfleet United Women, doubling their lead in superb fashion.

After Nadia Sabania had sent a header just over from a corner, the U’s extended their advantage when Sabania returned a free kick from the goalkeeper in to the path of Cutler, whose shot from distance found the empty net.

Goal E

Amy Warren vs Ebbsfleet United Women – 8th March

Amy Warren got her name on the scoresheet with the third goal of Sutton’s 6-0 victory over Ebbsfleet United.

Before half time, Emma Spear was denied by a fine save, but Sutton came out strongly at the start of the second half and Amy Warren collected a crossfield ball from Spear and created space on the edge of the penalty area to send a low left foot shot past the keeper.

Goal F

Brandon Njoku vs Scunthorpe United – 10th March

Brandon Njoku headed home a dramatic winner to seal a crucial three points against promotion-chasing Scunthorpe United.

Having replaced Osman Foyo in stoppage time, David Ogbonna, within two minutes, produced his one involvement which proved decisive as he collected a pass down the right from Donkor, outpaced Zain Tahir to the by-line and fired in a cross that was met with a superbly controlled downward header by Njoku for a winner that was wildly celebrated on the pitch, as well as off it by the 37 Sutton supporters who had made the long midweek trip to Scunthorpe United.

Goal G

Dubem Eze vs Gateshead – 14th March

Dubem Eze notched his first league goal for Sutton with a powerful, arrowed effort into the bottom corner to rescue a point at Gateshead.

Eze and David Ogbonna refreshed U’s attack with seventeen minutes left, and six minutes from time Eze had his moment as he collected the ball from Jennings following a quick free kick, ran from just inside the centre circle and fired a low shot from the corner of the penalty area that found the corner of the net.

Goal H

Kai McKenzie vs Oxford City – 16th March

Kai McKenzie continued his good form with his first of an eventual brace, contributing to a 3-1 win over Oxford City.

Having scored the first, Rashaad Drysdale then created the second a minute later, his pass allowing McKenzie to lift the ball over the advancing keeper in to the net.

Goal I

Kai McKenzie vs Slough Town – 18th March

Sutton qualified for the final of the National League Academy Cup with a fine victory away to Slough Town, with Kai McKenzie’s early opener perhaps the pick of the bunch.

The U’s were away to the perfect start with a goal inside two minutes as they launched a devastating counter attack following a Slough corner. Omotolani Bello came away with the ball before sending Rashaad Drysdale through on the left, and his low cross was turned in by McKenzie.

Goal J

Kai Jennings vs Eastleigh – 24th March

Kai Jennings’ final contribution in a Sutton shirt seemed fitting, with the on-loan midfielder scoring an absolute beauty, not for the first time, to open the scoring away at Eastleigh.

After a free kick from wide out on the left clipped the crossbar, six minutes later Jennings sent a corner from the left straight in to the net to give Sutton the lead, his second Olimpico of the season.

Goal K

Brandon Njoku vs Eastleigh – 24th March

Brandon Njoku sealed all three points away at Eastleigh with ten minutes to go, a fine display of Chris Agutter’s style with a neat move on the South Coast.

Charlie Bell, Kai Jennings and Jayden Harris all combined to set up David Ogbonna who slipped a pass through to Njoku, who produced a crisp finish past Joshua McNamara.

Goal L

Charlie Bell vs Rochdale AFC – 28th March

Charlie Bell drew first blood with an outrageous finish against league leaders Rochdale with a goal worthy of winning any game.

After a rapid counter-attack from Ian Henderson’s offside goal, the U’s worked it to David Ogbonna who showed good strength to shield the ball before winding up for a powerful, arrowed strike that flew past Ben Winterbottom and into the top corner, giving the U’s the lead against all the odds.

Goal M

Milly Cutler vs Millwall Lionesses – 29th March

Milly Cutler levelled things up at The Den, setting Sutton on their way to a 2-2 draw with Millwall Lionesses at the club’s first team ground.

A superb individual goal from Cutler nine minutes before half time saw her attacked on the right and beat two defenders before squeezing a shot in to the net from a narrow angle.
