Sutton United Women’s K’Shaela Burch-Waldron has been selected by Bermuda for the upcoming International Island Games.
Burch-Waldron has previously picked up 20 international caps for the Gombey Warriors, including one goal, and she will be looking to add to that tally this summer.
The Games run from Sunday, 13th July to Friday, 18th July at Kirkwall Grammar School in Orkney, with Bermuda’s women’s side competing in the Group Stage in which they will face Jersey (Sunday, 13th July), Isle of Wight (Monday, 14th July) and Shetland Tuesday, 15th July).
If they advance, the semi-finals and placement play-offs take place on Thursday, 17th July, with medal matches the following day, as teams will have the chance to win either Gold or Bronze.
Good luck, K’Shaela!
