Jack Sims has returned to the side after recovering from a reoccurrence of his back injury, which kept him out of Sutton’s win over Woking during the week.
The U’s number one takes his place between the sticks for the 26th time this season, and is the only change to Tuesday’s team as he replaces the suspended Chris Haigh.
Sims will be protected by a back three of captain Edon Pruti, Hayden Muller and Junior Eccleston once more, flanked by Kwaku Donkor and Besart Topallaj, with a midfield of Jake Taylor and Kai Jennings.
Brandon Njoku has been giving another opportunity up front after he was sacrificed for David Aziaya after Haigh’s sending off on Tuesday night, despite him scoring his 12th goal of the season, leading the line ahead of Lewis Simper and Jermaine Francis.
