Getting to the Ground

Stadium Address:

Grosvenor Vale

Ruislip

Middlesex

HA4 6JQ

By Car

Leave the M25 at Junction 16 and take the M40 towards London. At the end of the M40 the road becomes the A40. Take the first exit on the A40, onto the B467 towards Ruislip. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road take the first exit towards Harefield/Ruislip. Continue along the B467 going across two roundabouts. At the end of the B467 you will reach a T-junction that has a small bandstand located in front of you.

Turn left here onto the High Road. Follow the High Road passing West Ruislip Station on your right and at the roundabout with the White Bear pub on the right hand corner, take the fourth exit into Wood Lane. Continue along Wood Lane crossing one small roundabout and at the next roundabout bear right onto West End Road. Then take the second left hand turn into Grosvenor Vale and the stadium is located at the bottom of this road.

Car parking on match days at Grosvenor Vale is currently limited to players, management and club officials only. There is limited street parking close to the stadium and supporters are asked to park courteously and not block or overhang driveways of residents.

Our hosts recommend that supporters travel to Grosvenor Vale via public transport as the club is remarkably well served by tube, train and bus routes.

By Rail

Grosvenor Vale is ideally located near four tube stations, Ruislip and Ruislip Manor on the Uxbridge branch of the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines and Ruislip Gardens and West Ruislip on the Central line.

Ruislip is the nearest station to the stadium, just 500 metres away and a short five minute walk with both Ruislip and Ruislip Manor stations offering nearby shops, restaurants and bars. Ruislip Manor station is only 550 metres away from the stadium and served by the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. Ruislip Gardens is situated a 15 minute walk from the ground, turn right when exiting the station and walk up West End Road. Please note that on Saturday the District Line is closed west of Embankment, meaning that there is no interchange with the Piccadilly Line at Hammersmith. Alternative routes from Victoria are via Green Park, where you can connect with the Piccadilly Line, via Baker Street and then the Metropolitan Line to Ruislip Manor or Ruislip, or via Oxford Circus and then the Central Line to Ruislip Gardens.

West Ruislip is the nearest station on the National Rail network, operated by Chiltern Railways. Services at West Ruislip run between High Wycombe and London Marylebone, these trains are quite infrequent and usually run only once per hour. South Ruislip station, also on the same line is around a 25 minute walk from the ground.

By Bus

The closest bus stop to the ground is Grosvenor Vale bus stop which is served by the E7 bus, which runs between Ruislip station and Ealing Broadway. Bus routes 114, 278, 331, 398, H13, U1 and U10 also stop at the nearby Ruislip station.

Blocks 1 & 2 of the Modu Stand are often used for visiting supporters, who must enter the stadium through the away turnstiles which are clearly signposted at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale.

If you require a seat, please book a Seating ticket. Seats are now allocated by row and seat number, there is no transfer into seating with a Standing ticket.

Due to limited facilities on matchdays there are no ticket resales, reprints or refunds available on Saturday. Our hosts advise ticket holders to either print out the ticket issued or alternatively they can be scanned via a mobile phone. When using a mobile phone our hosts advise turning the brightness up to 100%. Each ticket has a unique barcode that cannot be duplicated, if more than one copy of the ticket has been used on matchday you will be denied access to the stadium.

Before you arrive at the turnstile have your tickets ready for scanning. Keep your bags and coats on your person, there is no need to take items from your pockets, unless instructed to by the security team. Follow the instructions when directed by one of the team.

Failure to produce your match ticket will result in access being denied into the stadium.

In addition, fans of either club who attempt to or gain access to the opposition end will be removed without refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

If the match date changes, the tickets you have will be valid for the rearranged date – you do not need to do anything. The QR code will still be valid, so just bring your ticket with you on the rearranged date.

If you have purchased tickets, the match date changes and can’t make the new date, please contact the club via tickets@wealdstonefc.com to arrange a refund. This will need to be done prior to the rearranged match date.

Tickets are not refundable if the match takes place at the planned date and time.

Last Time We Met

Goals either side of half time from Lewis Simper and Will Davies weren’t enough to seal victory against Wealdstone, with Callum Cesay’s effort 20 minutes from time enough to steal a draw from Sutton United’s grasp.

Joshua Grant’s first half header gave Wealdstone the lead against the run of play ten minutes before the break, but the visitors were pegged back moments before half time when Simper’s powerful low drive arrowed into the bottom corner to level the score heading into the interval.

Sutton would take the lead just minutes after the resumption of play, with Davies picking the ball up 25-yards from goal before curling in an absolute beauty into the far corner to turn the game on its head, although Cesay levelled with 20 minutes to go when he headed Anthony Georgiou’s cross beyond George Evans.

Played for Both

Enzio Boldewijn

Dutch-born forward Enzio Boldeijn will be fondly remembered by Sutton supporters as one of the players brought in by Matt Gray ahead of the U’s inaugural campaign in League Two, spending two years in South London before moving to Eastleigh, which preceded a switch to Wealdstone in 2024.

After beginning his career in native Holland with FC Utrecht, Boldewijn moved on loan to Den Bosch before moving to Almere City on a permanent basis, prior to moving to England in 2018 with a move to Notts County.

He became a high profile player in League Two during his time at Meadow Lane, playing over 100 times for the club before making the switch to Sutton in 2021, fresh off the U’s promotion from the National League.

Boldewijn subsequently played a key role in Sutton’s success of 2021/22, being a part of the side which reached the EFL Trophy Final with a crucial penalty scored in the shootout win against Wigan Athletic in the semi-final, and scored an impressive reel of goals throughout the campaign including a notable free kick against Rochdale.

After two years with Sutton though, he dropped into non-league with a move to Eastleigh in 2023, spending a season with the Spitfires before moving to Wealdstone. He has impressed since arriving in Middlesex, extending his contract in the summer and being named as one of the club’s vice-captains.
