After picking up a first home league win of the season on Saturday, Sutton will be looking to back that up tonight when Dagenham & Redbridge are the visitors to the Knights Community Stadium. Tonight’s game is not segregated, and the MBA Lounge will be open for all supporters, home and away, before the game.

It promises to be a tough encounter against a side coming in to the game in seventh place and on the back of an unbeaten run stretching back eight matches, most recently coming back from Torquay with a goalless draw on Saturday. Away from home they have won at Dover and Maidenhead, and lost just once at Halifax, with draws at Eastleigh and Chesterfield as well as Torquay.

The win at Maidenhead just over two weeks ago was courtesy of a penalty from James Dobson, who switched from Sutton to Dagenham during the summer and is likely to face his former team tonight, as is Ben Goodliffe, who spent last season on loan at Dagenham from Wolves.

Sutton have a fine home record against the Essex club since they adopted their present title, winning all six meetings since 1996, most recently last season when Kieron Cadogan’s second half goal separated the sides.

U’s have Craig Eastmond available again after serving a one match suspension for his handball at Wrexham.
