- Turnstile 12 (Seats, only for Segregated games)
Away spectators should follow external signs to the South side of the EBB Stadium where Redan Hill can be found adjacent to the railway.
It is mandatory that a NO SMOKING policy is strictly observed at ALL times and in ALL areas once the ground is open to public access.
Smoking will NOT be permitted in any area inside the boundary fences of the EBB Stadium, that includes all open areas, terraces, seating areas, bars, restaurants, toilets, car parks, staff only areas.
It will be an offence to smoke in cars or other vehicles too. OFFENDERS WILL BE EJECTED AND MAY FACE A SUBSTANTIAL FINE THROUGH THE COURTS.
Club employees or contract staff who breach this Ground Safety regulation will be DISMISSED on the spot in accordance.

Purchasing
Tickets can be purchased on Aldershot’s ticketing website in advance.
Once a section of the ground is selected (Away Terrace Covered/Uncovered), select a ticket type and click ‘checkout’ and either log in, register or continue as a guest. From there, you will be shown a breakdown of your order before continuing on to complete the purchase.
Our hosts recommend that all supporters buy tickets in advance. If you are unable to buy your tickets before the day of the game, the Club Shop will be open from 12pm until 3pm on matchdays for cash or card purchases and turnstile 5 will be open for East Bank supporters to pay by card from 1:30pm. No other turnstiles will be accepting payment.
Supporters can save on their ticket price if bought during the Early Bird period which will end at 10am on the day.
Match tickets can be reserved in advance; the full payment must be paid when booking match tickets. Methods of payment accepted include cash, debit/credit card and cheques (payable to Aldershot Town FC).
Please note that all tickets are non-refundable.
Spectators must purchase tickets for specific areas of the ground – tickets no longer give free access to any area of choice as they will be marked up with either a Terrace or Seat area and no deviation from that area specified will be allowed. This restriction for safety purposes will be managed by an increased team of match-day stewards. For example, if you want to watch the game from the ‘East Bank’, buy an East Terrace ticket from either the High Street Club Office or through the turnstiles on matchday.
All spectators must be in possession of a valid match ticket, if challenged whilst in the EBB stadium. Failure to produce a valid ticket will result in ejection.
All seats are reserved hence ticket holders in seated areas must sit in the seat they have been allocated.
Tickets can be purchased online up to kick off, they can also be purchased from the High Street Club Shop during opening hours.
When you purchase a match ticket for the terraces, please check the area you wish to stand to see the match.
