Today’s match between the Sutton United Women development team and Merstham has been postponed.
The U’s were meant to take on the Moatsiders in the SECWFL Surrey Premier Division, but this has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
Our hosts had expressed doubts in the build-up regarding the pitch being playable due to extensive rain, and with concerns that the pitch could be unplayable, a late inspection has led to the decision to call off the match.
A new date will be confirmed in due course.
