Sutton United Football Club can confirm that Hayden Muller has joined Salisbury on a one-month loan deal.
The defender joins the Whites fresh off a 20th place finish in the National League South, narrowly avoiding relegation at the expense of St. Albans City on the final day of the season, with. 1-1 draw away at Welling United enough to secure survival by a point due to the Saints’ 5-2 win over league winners Truro City.
Brian Dutton’s side have since enjoyed a largely positive pre-season as they look to mount a more comfortable campaign this term, including successive 5-0 wins over Downton and Laverstock & Ford, along with a 3-0 triumph over Dorchester Town to make it three wins out of their six friendlies, before drawing with Hampton & Richmond Borough on the opening day of the season last weekend.
Muller initially arrived at the VBS Community Stadium after spending a season in the League of Ireland side with Dundalk, being part of an influx of new recruits that made up a new-look defensive unit under Steve Morison.
He went on to appear 26 times in the National League last term, along with a further eight appearances in the FA Trophy (3) and National League Cup (5).
Good luck, Hayden!
