Sutton United Football Club is delighted to confirm the signing of Kai Jennings on loan until January.
The midfielder arrives from AFC Wimbledon on a temporary deal, having spent the opening couple of months of the 2025/26 season at Farnborough.
Joining the Dons at the age of six, Jennings has spent his entire career so far at Plough Lane, making his senior debut in a 5-1 win over Cheltenham Town in November 2023, and featured twice more in the EFL Trophy during the 2023/24 season before joining Whitehawk on loan.
He then returned to the Sussex-based side ahead of the 2024/25 campaign on another loan deal, playing 26 times before making the switch to Walton & Hersham for the second half of the season.
Jennings remained a regular figure in the centre of the park for the Swans, before the jump up to the National League South with a loan move to Farnborough until January.
He has so far played three times for the Yellows, and is set to make another jump up just two months later, moving into the National League with a move to Sutton until the new year.
Jennings will wear the number 28 during his time at Sutton.
After signing for the club, he said:
“I’m really excited to be here. I can’t wait to get going now.
The move came about really quickly, I heard glimpses of it on Wednesday and last night it all happened really quickly.”
Welcome to Sutton, Kai!
