Sutton United Football Club can confirm the temporary departure of Henry Sandat, who joins National League South side Hornchurch on a one-month loan deal.

The Urchins, who were the home of Head Coach Steve Morison prior to his move to Gander Green Lane, currently top the sixth tier after securing four wins and a draw from their opening five games, and find themselves three points ahead of Torquay United ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Chippenham Town.

Sandat originally joined Sutton from Hull City in January, having spent the first half of the season on loan at Wealdstone, where he had scored once in 14 appearances, and went on to add a further 11 National League appearances during his brief stint at Gander Green Lane so far.

The forward now makes the move to East London, a place closer to his home in Essex having come through the ranks at Southend United, where he will gain crucial minutes elsewhere.

Good luck, Henry!
