Sutton United Football Club is delighted to confirm the signings of Rashaad Drysdale and Haniel Boateng-Asante.

Drysdale arrives at Gander Green Lane after coming through the ranks at Colchester United, while Boateng-Asante joins the ex-U in adding to Sutton’s exciting wealth of talent heading into the 2025/26 season.

A promising forward, Drysdale progressed through Colchester’s youth setup and signed terms with the Essex-based side until June 2025, departing the JobServe Community Stadium this summer.

He has featured in key youth competitions, gaining experience in the FA Youth Cup and the Premier League Cup with Colchester’s Under-18 and Under-21 squads, accumulating several appearances, as well as scoring and assisting in the latter competition.

In addition, the 17-year old earned a brief appearance in the EFL Trophy with the U’s first team, playing eight minutes in a 3-0 win over Arsenal’s Academy.

Welcome to Sutton, Rashaad and Haniel!
