Sutton United Football Club can confirm the departure of Liam Vincent, who will make the move to East London joining Dagenham & Redbridge.

The wing-back arrived in South London in the summer of 2025 and was a regular in the team prior to Chris Agutter’s appointment in October before playing a little over an hour in the Head Coach’s maiden match in charge away at Braintree Town.

He then suffered an injury in training which kept him out for the next four months, before returning to action in the Surrey Senior Cup Quarter-Final against Horley Town, and in total appeared eleven times for the U’s last season.

Vincent also spent the backend of the 2025/26 campaign on loan at Dorking Wanderers, initially joining the club on a one-month deal, before extending it until the end of the season. He played 14 times during his stint at Meadowbank, helping them reach the play-off semi-final, and returned from injury to appear on the bench against Maidenhead United, before coming on after half-an-hour in the semi-final defeat against Torquay United.

All the best for the future, Vinnie!
