Alex Kirk

Alex Kirk signed for Sutton in October 2024, joining on a permanent deal following his release from Arsenal.
Kirk joined Hale End at the age of eight and rose through the ranks in North London, featuring frequently for the youth side. He was a part of the Gunners’ first team squad that travelled to Dubai in January 2022 for a mid-season training camp and was named on the bench for a Premier League match against West Ham United four months later, before beginning to play regular first team football whilst on loan in the Scottish Championship, where he made 24 appearances for Ayr United.
After returning to North London, the 22-year old would find himself out on loan once again, spending the 2023/24 campaign at Bromley. He would contribute to the Ravens’ first ever promotion to League Two, appearing 22 times in all competitions, including a 24-minute cameo in the play-off semi-final against Altrincham, before playing 60 minutes in the final.
This preceded a permanent departure from the Emirates Stadium, making the move to Sutton and going on to make 17 appearances in all competitions, including two goals – the second goals in a 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest in the National League and in a 4-3 defeat away at Gateshead.
