Nana Boateng

Nana Boateng signed for Sutton in June 2024, having been released from Millwall where he had graduated through the Academy.
The forward experienced his first involvement in a matchday squad for Millwall at the end of 2021 as an unused substitute in a 1–0 win at Coventry City, before making his debut for the club as a late substitute in a 2–1 defeat against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup.
This proved to be his only first team appearance for the Lions, and he was otherwise notably was a part of the youth team which clinched the Professional Development League National title in 2023, before gaining first team experience out on loan.
Stints at Woking and Solihull Moors saw him turn out for the latter at Wembley in the National League play-off final, where he scored his penalty in the ultimately unsuccessful shootout against Bromley, as well as in the FA Trophy final, where the Moors fell short against Gateshead.
Nana subsequently departed The Den ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, making the move across South London to join Sutton, where he made a name for himself in the National League Cup with three goals in three games to help the U’s reach the final.
