Sutton United Football Club can confirm that Championship side Millwall will head to the VBS Community Stadium this July, reuniting with Head Coach, Steve Morison as the two sides prepare for the 2025/26 season.
Morison – who made over 300 appearances and ranks third in the Lions’ all-time goalscoring charts with 92 goals – will welcome his former side on Tuesday, 29th July (7:45pm KO), who make the short trip across South London.
The U’s last faced Millwall in pre-season back in 2023 with a Kevin Nisbet hat-trick condemning Sutton to a 3-0 defeat at Gander Green Lane. Sutton are yet to face a competitive clash with the Lions, but have established a strong connection with their South London counterparts and have shared a whole host of players in recent seasons, such as Nino Adom-Malaki, Nana Boateng, George Evans, Chin Okoli, Hayden Muller, Harry Ransom and Besart Topallaj.
