Sutton United Football Club will face Crystal Palace’s Academy this pre-season, with both sides taking to their home pitch at the VBS Community Stadium.
The Eagles have established a strong connection with Sutton since making the move to SM1 back in 2023, with both the Academy and Women’s sides playing their home matches at Gander Green Lane, and the U’s will now share the pitch with Palace – who recently won the FA Cup for the first time in their history – set to send an Academy side to face Sutton in in July.
The match will take place on Saturday, 26th July and will kick-off at 3pm, with ticket information to be announced in due course.
The U’s have already confirmed a handful of pre-season friendlies this summer, including clashes with Bromley, Chertsey Town and Wycombe Wanderers, with preparations for the 2025/26 season continuing to ramp up.
