Plans for our upcoming Summer Party are in full swing, and we are delighted to confirm that local band The Ariston will performing at the event.
Hailing from Sutton, The Ariston have previously performed at the VBS Community Stadium, providing the entertainment ahead of last season’s National League Cup Group Stage match against West Ham United, and will take a break from festival season to return to their hometown for a show this August.
Starring as The Clash in Paramount’s Bob Marley: One Love, The Ariston has been described by ex-Iron Maiden Tony Moore as “second to none!” With headlines at The Boileroom and Camden Assembly, the Indie/Alternative four-piece have graced Twickenham Stadium, Pennfest, the semi-final of Isle Of Wight Festival’s nationwide entry competition and WarChild UK’s Live Sessions.
Playing to festival crowds of over 7K; the band connect closely with a young, cult-like following through their social media, boasting fledgling fan accounts from their self-titled ‘Aristans’. From those bouncing at the barricade, to those reflecting from the rafters; the boys root an explosive call to ears in roaring melodies & an anthemic sentimentality. With fanbases nationally and through The Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Belgium and The US, debut single Yellow Lines lays recipient to 5-figure streams.
The Ariston’s Debut EP, hailing to the tracks responsible for their early success, is set for release in early 2025, and they have recently made moves by signing with management company, Hillomatic Music.
Tickets, which are free but required, are still available for the Summer Party, which takes place in the Fan Zone on Thursday, 7 August to mark the end of the summer break, catch-up with fellow fans and meet players ahead of the start of the 2025/26 season.
The bar will be open and food available, with this being an opportunity to sample the food offering from our new caterer.
This will also be a chance to pop into the Supporters Club and sign up for your 2025/26 member and book on to coach travel for upcoming away fixtures.
The event starts at 17:30 with entry through Gate C (in Collingwood Rec), directly into the Fan Zone.
