Chris Agutter has provided a squad update ahead of Sutton’s trip to Boston United (Saturday, 7th February; 3pm KO).

Aaron Jones is set to miss two to three weeks with injury, but Agutter has said he otherwise has a full squad to work with.

The club captain last featured with a brief cameo off the bench against Tamworth, but has missed training over the last week with a problem that the Head Coach has confirmed will leave him on the sidelines for a handful of weeks.

He otherwise has a fully fit team with competition for places brimming, especially after Sutton’s 5-0 win over Horley Town in the Surrey Senior Cup midweek.

The likes of Kwaku Donkor, Dubem Eze and Brandon Njoku all have a fair shot at starting on Saturday after getting on the scoresheet on Tuesday night, along with Davide Rodari who lost his place to the returning Ashley Nadesan last week against Brackley Town, but bagged a brace against Horley to follow on from Nadesan’s first goal since November against the Saints.

In addition, Edon Pruti made his long-awaited return from both suspension and a fractured wrist on Tuesday, having suffered his injury in the same challenge that got him sent off against Solihull Moors, but is in line to make his league return after captaining and completing 90 minutes against the Clarets.
