Chris Agutter has no new injury concerns heading into Saturday’s clash with Forest Green Rovers.

The Sutton boss was able to welcome back a host of players ahead of last week’s defeat to York City, having lost the likes of Hayden Muller (ankle), Jake Taylor (hamstring), Brandon Njoku (knee) and Alex Woodyard (knee) over the last few weeks.

The former three all started against York though, while Woodyard was named on the bench for the first time since November, having finally recovered from his long-term injury which has plagued his campaign so far.

However, the visit of the Minstermen proved to be too soon to see the return of Jack Taylor, who remains unavailable with a leg problem that he was forced to play through across the festive period, with the exception of the trip to Solihull Moors in December.

The defender, along with Ashley Nadesan (knee) and Liam Vincent (ankle), will be absent for the visit of Robbie Savage’s side, but Agutter has confirmed that is is a matter of weeks now for the trio, who edge closer to full training and being available for selection.

“It’s been a really good week, we’re in a good place and I feel like we’re going into the game fully prepared with no excuses which is the most important thing.”

“They [Taylor, Nadesan and Vincent] are getting there. What they’ve done last week they’re doing 15%-20% more than that, so still not full training, still not available for selection, but getting closer.”
