Charlie Bell will serve a two-match ban, starting with Sutton’s Enterprise National League clash with Southend United (Monday, 6th April; 3pm KO), after picking up his second red card offence of the season.

The young midfielder was shown two yellow cards on Good Friday away at Aldershot Town, seeing his first caution after persistent infringement after 77 minutes, before receiving his second booking for a cynical challenge near the halfway line four minutes before full time.

He was previously shown a straight red card for a challenge on George Langston in Sutton’s 1-1 draw with Braintree Town, and means he will be on the sidelines for an additional game due to it being his second offence of the campaign, his third at all levels, having also been sent off in an academy game.

Bell will subsequently miss the visit of Southend, as well as the trip to Carlisle United (Saturday, 11th April; 3pm KO).

Hayden Muller meanwhile will be available for selection, having served his own suspension on Friday against Aldershot.

The defender was shown a second yellow card after the full time whistle against Rochdale, his first coming in second half stoppage time for a foul on the edge of the box, before being involved in the hostilities that followed Ian Henderson’s late winner.

He subsequently saw red and missed the trip to the EBB Stadium, but is back in contention ahead of the match against Southend this Easter Monday.

Jermaine Francis will remain unavailable due to the quick turnaround following international duty, after the forward had featured twice for Grenada in the FIFA Series. As such, he joins Aaron Jones (ankle), Jack Wadham (knee) and Alex Kirk (back) on the sidelines, who all remain in the treatment room despite making strong progress in their respective recoveries.
