Steve Morison has provided his final squad update of the 2024/25 campaign, and confirmed there are no new concerns ahead of Monday’s visit of Woking.
“The boys are good, obviously it’s been a bit of a longer time [between games] than usual which has been great” said the Head Coach. “Obviously we had to put Tuesday behind us very, very quickly which we’ve managed to do. It’s the last one of this season and you love playing football, I’d love to put my boots on on Monday and have a game. The weather is going to be nice, you’re playing out on a carpet, it’s the last one. You want to leave here in a good spot”.
Finley Barbrook and Jack Taylor both remain sidelined, having not featured since the National League Cup Semi-Final against Braintree Town (April 1) and the away defeat to Boston United (March 29) respectively, alongside long-term absentees Jayden Harris, Alex Kirk and Steve Arnold.
Henry Sandat and Kain Adom both return to contention after being cup-tied for Tuesday’s National League Cup Final against Leeds United.
