All turnstiles open at 6:15pm – the away supporter bar is located inside the away turnstiles.

Emergency procedures and important announcements will be notified to spectators over the public address system. Please listen carefully to the announcements and be ready to respond in a calm and controlled manner.

Stewards and/or Police Officers will assist by directing spectators to the nearest safe exit where necessary – please remain calm and keep gangways exits clear.

The current legislation is very clear, persistent standing in seated areas is a breach of the ground regulations which are required under the safety certificate that allows the club to operate at the Silverlake Stadium.

  • Nobody may stand in any area whilst play is in progress.
  • Persistent standing in seated areas whilst play is in progress is strictly forbidden and may result in ejection from the ground.
  • Eastleigh FC remind fans it is a criminal offence to throw any object towards the pitch or spectator areas.
  • This could cause serious injury and could also lead to disciplinary action taken against the club.
  • Please observe the ground regulations and comply with stewarding team’s requests.
  • We all have a duty to keep the Silverlake Stadium operating within the legal requirements.
  • We will not tolerate this sort of behaviour and have no hesitation in banning any supporters found guilty of this.
  • The club will liaise with Hampshire Police to proceed with a football banning order when it is appropriate to do so.
  • The use of smoke canisters or flares at home or away fixtures will result in a 3-5 year ban from the Silverlake Stadium and the application for a football banning order.
  • The use of foul and abusive language (including racial abuse) is in breach of ground regulations.
  • Eastleigh FC will issue a club banning order (CBO) when deemed appropriate, and Hampshire Police will be advised of any CBO issued and provided with any supporting evidence.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the stadium in the stands and within covered sections (this includes electronic cigarettes)
  • Smoking is still allowed in outside uncovered areas of the stadium

Under the sporting events (control of alcohol etc) Act of 1985, the following are offences for which a person can be arrested by a police officer and conviction could result in a banning order being made:

  • Attempting to enter the ground or being inside the ground whilst drunk
  • Being in possession of any intoxicating liquor, bottle, can or other portable container that could cause damage or personal injury when entering the ground or in a public area of the ground which the event can be directly viewed.

Purchasing

Tickets can be purchased on Eastleigh’s ticketing website in advance.

Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the fixture in the ticket office using cash, card or contactless payment methods. However, we would always recommend trying our online platform which will help you avoid the matchday queues.

Please note, tickets are not available to purchase on the turnstiles and must be purchased online or in the ticket office on matchdays.

Eastleigh FC do not offer refunds on any purchased tickets.

If before a fixture has taken place, we are made aware that you are unable to attend a fixture that you have purchase a match ticket for, we will facilitate an exchange of ticket to a different fixture.

If a fixture is postponed and you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture we will process a refund. You must email tickets@eastleighfc.com as soon as possible to inform us that you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture to claim a refund. Once the rearranged fixture is passed we will not be able to process a refund.”

Wheelchair & Ambulant Disabled

Eastleigh currently have an accessible viewing platform that fits three wheelchairs and three personal assistants which can be seated either next to, or behind the wheelchair user. This depends on the number of wheelchair users using the platform on a match-by-match basis.

There are 11 step free seats at ground level solely for away fans which can be increased or decreased depending on the anticipated number of traveling supporters.

They would offer the step free seats to supporters who are unable to manage stairs or personal assistants attending with wheelchair users. Wheelchair spaces are available on ground level behind the perimeter fence surrounding the pitch.

Our hosts very much understand that being prepared and having an understanding of facilities available ahead of matchday can help you prepare ahead of your visit. We have recently invested in some ear defenders that are available to use. Please speak to a steward or come into the club shop before entering the stadium to enquire.

There is a toilet in the away end which is accessible for ambulant disabled fans but it is not wide enough to accomodate a wheelchair. Wheelchair users will need to speak to a steward in order to use the wider accessible toilet at the other end of the Nuffield Health Stand past the home fans. There are also fully accessible toilets in Sherwoods restaurant and in the Hangar bar for away supporters to use before turnstiles open.

Disabled supporters in receipt of higher rate DLA/PIP (mobility/care) are entitled to a free personal assistant ticket which can be obtained in person in the ticket office by presenting the DLA/PIP letter.

Car Parking

Matchday parking at the stadium is only available to supporters who have purchased a seasonal car parking pass, or to supporters who are in receipt of a blue badge.

If you are in receipt of a blue badge, you should contact the club in advance of the matchday so you can be added to the car park list. You will need to show your Blue Badge upon arrival at the car park, and a steward will direct you to a space.

Please note that the car park will be closed for around 10 minutes after the full-time whistle to enable pedestrians to safely leave the ground. All drivers are asked to turn left leaving the car park once it has reopened.

Supporters wishing to park at the Silverlake Stadium on a match-by-match basis can park in our Lower Hardmoor car park which is in the field behind the south stand and accessible via the road next to the motorway bridge entrance on Stoneham Lane. Parking spaces are available at £10 per space and supporters can purchase by card or cash on the day on a first come, first served basis.

After the match the car park will be closed for 10 minutes after the fixture for supporters on foot to leave the car park. In order to avoid undue congestion, all cars are to turn left when exiting the car parks.
