Away End

Visiting supporters will be housed in Block N of the Man Commercial Stand, which is an uncovered seated section.

The stand can be accessed by turnstiles 9-10, and is adjacent to an away bar.

Kindly note that all supporters will be subject to a pat down search upon entering the stadium. Images are also being monitored throughout the stadium for the purpose of crime prevention and public safety.

Purchasing

Tickets can be purchased on Solihull’s ticketing website in advance.

After selecting a ticket type, you will be taken to a stadium map in order to pick a seat. Once done, click ‘Purchase’, where you will be shown your Order Summary, and can then access your Ticket Buyer Information, which will require you to fill out details including full name, email address and phone number, before selecting a payment method in order to complete the transaction.

Please note that all prices are subject to a £1 booking fee per ticket.

In accordance with Solihull’s late arrivals policy, supporters can purchase tickets up to half time at a full price admission rate. This is however reduced to a flat rate of £8 after half time, and is free during the final 15 minutes of the fixture.

There is limited parking at the stadium and passes can, subject to availability be purchased online for £10.

Under-14s

14-year-olds and under must be accompanied by a full-paying adult on the day of the match, otherwise under-14 ticket holders may be refused entry to the venue. To turn up to the match without a full-paying adult is a safeguarding issue.

Note for reference, those supporters aged 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult to enter the ground, i.e. individual must be 14 or over.

If you require more than two under-12 tickets, please contact ticketing@solihullmoorsfc.co.uk.

Wheelchair & Ambulant Disabled

There is one wheelchair space allocated for away supporters, though eight accessible bays are allocated in the Damson Homes Stand and are clearly signposted.

For segregated fixtures, away supporters may request a space in the away end at ground level and allocation of a space would be subject to safety requirements for the fixture.

Disabled supporters not requiring wheelchair access can sit in all areas of the ground along with their personal assistant, providing they are able to access the area, subject to safety requirements of the ground. They are also subject to the relevant price of the seating category of the area that they choose to sit in.

The club has an accessible toilet situated in the Main Bar of the Damson Homes Stand.

Supporters requiring a guide dog companion will be able to enter the stadium through wide gates which do not have an obstacle such as a turnstile. We recommend that any supporter who is intending to attend a match with a guide dog should make the club aware in advance to the fixture to establish ticketing availability and in order that prior arrangements can be made.

Our hosts also provide eight accessible parking spaces. Due to demand and the size of the car parking facility, spaces are unreserved and available on a first come first served basis, being located within ten metres of the point of entry to the stadium.

If you do have any questions about disabled car parking, please feel free to contact – ticketing@solihullmoorsfc.co.uk.
