Purchasing

All supporters must purchase away tickets via Woking’s ticketing website as well as over the phone at 01483 772470.

When booking online, once a seat and ticket type is chosen, you will be asked to either log in or register an account, which will require an email address, password and full name. Once done, you will need to verify your email before heading to checkout, where you can complete the purchase.

Should they still be available, tickets can also be purchased on the day of the match from the Ticket Office, which operates from the Main Reception.

Under-14

Children under 14 must be accompanied at the Club at all times by an appropriate adult.

Failure to arrive at the Club with an adult will result in the child being denied entry.

The Club recommend that all children bring a photo on their phone of their passport or a photocopy to aid a smoother entry and assist the Club with managing safeguarding.

Should Club staff deem that children are under 14 and have no proof of age, they will ask the child to call a parent/carer for clarity.

  1. If the parent/carer confirms the child is old enough, entry will be given.
  2. Should the parent/carer not clarify that the child is old enough to enter alone, the parent will be asked to collect the child or confirm they are happy for them to leave alone.
  3. If children refuse to contact a parent/carer, entry will be refused, and the club will endeavour to gather information from the child to follow up with the parent. If Police are present at the grounds, they may be asked to assist with this process.

For children under 14 entering the grounds with an appropriate adult, entry requires that the responsible adult stays with the child whilst within the grounds. This includes sitting or standing in the same area of the grounds and escorting to and from welfare facilities.

Children under 14 are the responsibility of the adult whilst within the grounds at all times.

Wheelchair & Ambulant Disabled

Wheelchair spaces are limited to a total of 15 and Easy-Access seating are limited to 28 seats in the home sections (subject to availability). All such tickets should be booked as soon as possible through the Ticketing Office.

Fans needing assistance with purchasing tickets may call the Ticketing Office at 01483 772 470 – or visit the Club at the Laithwaite Community Stadium between 10:00 – 16:00, Monday – Friday.
