When will I receive my physical season ticket?
For those who have requested, during purchasing their Season Ticket(s), a physical version of their ticket, the club will be in contact with you regarding an expected delivery date ahead of the start of the 2022/23 Season.
We will email all season ticket holders with downloadable tickets to gain entry for the 2022/23 Season. As with any usual digital ticket you can download and print it or save it to your phone.

I want to renew my Season Ticket and want to make sure I still get my regular seat. Can you confirm that?
Current Season Ticket Holders with a seat have been contacted already via email regarding the renewal of their seat(s) for next season. If you have not responded please email email@example.com ASAP and the club will get back to you

Can I pay on the day for a matchday ticket?
Yes, digital sales are available, and you can buy at the shop as well but we can not guarantee there will not be queues or delays in receipt so encourage all customers to purchase as far in advance as possible
I am a Sutton fan, how do I buy tickets to away games?
You can usually buy away tickets via the website of the home team. On occasion, the sales will be made by Sutton via our own website. We will publicize those via the news, as well as ticketing, as part of our website. Please also keep an eye out for supporters club travel info and general travel info on our match-up dates. We will be glad to see the Amber Army at as many away matches as possible.

Your season ticket does not gain you admission to Cup games
We will announce details of priority access with the details of each cup game, where relevant. Keep an eye on the website and social media
Your ticket is yours to use - in the event that you cannot attend a particular game, it is accepted that you may wish to make use of your ticket by giving it to a family member or friend for that game
I work as a turnstile operator, a “here to help” steward, a program seller, a stand transfer steward or in the supporters club shop; Do I need a matchday ticket?
The plan is to issue a “ Season Pass” to matchday workers which they present at the club shop to receive a matchday admission ticket
I am disabled and require to bring my carer – can you help ?
Yes, your carer is eligible for a free ticket. Please email email@example.com to arrange this, the earlier the better so we can look after you both properly
Are away Fans allowed in the bars?
No we have complete segregation on match days. Soft drinks and hot drinks and food are available in the Away Fans section. There are a number of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
It is always best to bring a form of ID with you to support the ticket type you have purchased (adult, concession, junior, Young Person)
Can I buy a parking permit for the Season
The deadline for renewing Permits has passed, and all those who applied have been collated and will be considered for a space. Due to the extensive building work this season the Car Park is much smaller and so only a few will be successful. We are sorry but there will be no more bookings this Season
Is there disabled parking available and can I reserve a place ?
If you are a Blue Badge Holder and had a Permit last year, your permit will be renewed. We will always try and accommodate pre-booking all Blue Badge Holders on match days but cannot guarantee a space will be available.
Can I park at or near the stadium ?
Parking is available in local roads but we are mindful of our neighbours and respectfully ask that
you park considerately, especially not blocking any part of a driveway access, or you may be towed away.
There is a large Multistorey Car Park in Gibson Road, SM1 2RF approximately 20 minutes walk, and is open 6am till 11.30pm on a Saturday and current cost is £5 All Day.
There are Parking Sites On Line, JustPark.com is one, that put you in touch with local residents who rent out their driveway, on match days, some are in Gander Green Lane, and adjoining roads. We have no a ffinity with any of these sites and no liability for them.
