We can confirm that Sutton Women’s pre-season friendly against Fleet Town has been cancelled.
Lucy Clark’s side were meant to visit Hampshire this Sunday (27th July) for their penultimate warm-up clash in July at the Easy as Hgv Stadium, but the match will now no longer take place.
Sutton now turn their attention to a highly anticipated derby that sees the U’s make the short trip over to Carshalton Athletic on Tuesday night (29th July; 7:45pm KO).
This will then be followed by further trips to Queens Park Rangers and Hastings United, where they will close out their pre-season preparations ahead of the London & South East Regional Football League Premier Division opening day at home to Sport London e Benfica.
