Folkestone Invicta are Sutton’s penultimate opponents of their 2026/27 pre-season campaign, with the newly promoted Stripes making the trip to Gander Green Lane on Tuesday, 28th July (7:45pm KO).
This also marks the first encounter between the two sides since 2011, having clashed in the Ryman Premier League with a 1-0 win at home and a 2-0 win away.
Invicta enjoyed a stellar 2025/26 campaign, storming the Isthmian League Premier Division to win the title with a whopping 96 points, 12 points ahead of second-placed Aveley, and subsequently sees them visit South London as part of their preparations for their inaugural campaign in the National League South.
A number of other pre-season friendlies will be confirmed in due course ahead of Chris Agutter’s first full season in charge in SM1.
