Season Ticket Renewals for the 2026/27 campaign are now live, with the renewal window offering the best value for current season ticket holders opens until Sunday, 10th May.

As you may be aware we have announced our new ticketing and fan engagement partner, Fanbase, which we will be using for the upcoming 2026/27 season and beyond.

Fanbase will make it easier than ever to buy tickets and is where you need to go for your 2026/2027 season ticket renewal.

Here’s how to renew your season ticket:

Step 1: Select ‘Renew’

Step 2: Log-in or Register (if you haven’t already)

Note: we would advise registering with the same email address you used for the lead booker when purchasing on our previous system, Kaizen.

This will enable the platform to automatically match your season tickets to your account.

Step 3: If we have been able to match your email address from the previous ticketing platform, you will be presented with your tickets.

If we haven’t been able to match the tickets you will be asked to enter two pieces of information to access your tickets.

  1. Order number associated with your 2025/2026 season ticket order
  2. The last three characters from your billing postcode associated with your 2025/2026 season ticket order.

Step 4: Select the tickets you would like to renew using the checkboxes.

Step 5: Review your order and confirm ticket holder details.

When you are happy with everything click ‘Pay now’

Step 6: If you would like one, select your printed card(s)

Step 7: Enter your payment information.

Step 8: Purchase complete!

Your tickets are now in your Fanbase wallet (found by clicking ‘Wallet’ at the bottom of the screen within your Fanbase account).

From here you can add them to your Apple or Google wallet for easy access on match day.
