Sutton United Women are delighted to announce a number of exciting opportunities to join our growing women’s programme ahead of the 2026/27 season.
As the club continues to develop both on and off the pitch, we are seeking passionate, committed and ambitious individuals to join our coaching and performance team across the First Team and Under 23s.
Goalkeeping Coaches
We are currently recruiting Goalkeeping Coaches to work with both our:
- First Team (Tier 5 – London & South East Women’s Regional League)
- U23 Team
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support goalkeeper-specific training sessions.
- Work closely with the management team, Head of Goalkeeping and wider coaching staff.
- Support goalkeepers on matchdays.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of goalkeepers throughout the club pathway.
We Are Looking For
- Enthusiastic and reliable individuals.
- Previous goalkeeping coaching experience (qualifications desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for player development within the women’s game.
Training & Matchdays
- David Weir Leisure Centre, Carshalton
- Training – Wednesday evenings and selected Thursdays
- Matchday – Sundays

Performance Analyst
Sutton United Women are also seeking a Performance Analyst to support the coaching staff throughout the season.
The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the team prepare, review performances and provide valuable insights to support player and team development.
The role will involve working at training sessions and on matchdays, working closely with coaches and players to enhance performance standards.
Opposition Analysts / Scouts
We are also looking to recruit Opposition Analysts and Scouts to support our matchday operations.
These roles will focus on gathering information and providing analysis on opposition teams and players, helping the coaching staff prepare effectively for upcoming fixtures.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience within a competitive women’s football environment and contribute directly to team success.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Working under the guidance of First Team Strength & Conditioning Coach Callum Peyman, we are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to support the physical development of players across both the 1st Team and U23s.
The successful candidate will work alongside Callum while also taking an active role with the U23 squad, helping to deliver and monitor strength and conditioning programmes that support player performance and long-term development.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an aspiring S&C Coach looking to gain valuable experience within a high-performance football environment.
