Ebbsfleet had taken control of the game at the Kuflink Stadium by half time, moving in to a 4-0 lead, and although Darcy Wells struck just after the hour mark any hopes of a comeback were dashed by two goals in the next seven minutes to leave the home side comfortable winners.
Our first team have the chance to enjoy a home game next weekend when Dartford are the visitors to the VBS, kick off 2pm with free admission.
There was better news for our reserve and under 21 teams today as both progressed to the quarter finals of the Surrey Divisional Cup. Sophia Demetriou scored both goals as the reserves won 2-0 against Guildford City, a fourth consecutive league and cup win without conceding a goal, while the under 21s beat Reigate 3-2 at Collingwood Rec. The reserves are away to Croydon CWFC in the quarter finals and the under 21s at home to Ashmount Leigh, who will then have played all three of our teams this season.
